I had seen a picture in a book of sculpted little naked hunched over guys, holding their chins in their hands, adorning the tops of columns on an ancient structure. I thought they would look great as the wings of a guitar bridge and I reproduced them as such. Thinking that the extra material might adversely effect tone, I hollowed them on the underside, leaving enough wood for a secure gluing surface. Unfortunately, these are the best pictures I have.
